How to place an order?
To place an order, you must be registered on the website. This is a quick and easy form to complete and will only take a matter of minutes. Once registered you will be able to browse the full catalogue of products and proceed to place an order.
What if items received are damaged or incorrect?
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect you must immediately send us an email detailing the issues with your delivery.
If the items are faulty or incorrect we kindly ask that you return them to us so we can send out replacements or a full refund
You must first request authorization to return them from our customer services department. It is important to maintain all the relevant details, including invoice number, product description, product number and the reason for the return of the item.
If the item you receive is damaged we will need an image to be taken and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this has been verified we request that you to follow the returns procedure as above.
Unfortunately, we are unable to credit any goods that have been returned to us without an authorization code. Once a returns note has been issued, goods must be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the original price charged plus postage if we are satisfied that the return is justified.
